[HELP] macos ventura hangs on boot, guide hasnt helped fix it

Hello, I am having an issue when trying to run opencore for the first time. it will take a while ~30 seconds to get to:

122:915 00:141 AAPL: #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] 2023-10-13T01:31:21 

and then it will hang. I have looked at the guide and followed it (the troubleshooting steps for this error too) to the best of my ability, but after an afternoon of troubleshooting this error, I am asking for help. please let me know if you need any config files, etc.
