After updating to Big Sur from Mojave cpu load is increasing Logic Pro while working it stops and system overload, unable to work please help.

Hi i updated to Big Sur from Mojave everything updated but now what i can see is that cpu load is increasing when i am using my music production software Logic Pro, while working it stops and system overload pops up., Kext and everything updated., This use to happen in my macbook pro i5 5th gen with 8gb ram. I AM UNABLE TO WORK PLEASE HELP.
