Hackintosh - Zowie XL2740 - Unable to achieve 240Hz - Please help!

Hi Guys,

I have a GTX 780 and with that in Windows I am able to achieve 240Hz using Nvidia Control Panel settings. But when I tried to change the refresh rate under Preferences -> Display -> Refresh Rate, I could not find 240Hz where I could find only 144Hz, which is the max.

Is there a way that I could achieve 240Hz and the max supported refresh rate in OSX is limited to 144Hz?

My Config: Intel i7 - 4790 @3.6 GHz

Asus GeForce GTX 780 DitectCU II OC - 3GB - DDR5

16 GB - Corasair Vengeance - DDR3 - 1600 Mhz

Asus Z97 Pro Wifi AC Motherboard

BenQ Zowie XL2740 240Hz monitor

OSX: Mojave - Version: 10.14.5

Any help on this subject would be highly appreciable.
