Mountain Lion on ASUS P8p67 Deluxe pre installation kernel panic #iATKOS #ML2

Hi,







When I try to install Mountain Lion on my Main pc (see specs in my footer) I get a kernel panic when the Grey Apple screen shows for the first time.



I already installed a modified BIOS 2302. Still get the kernel panic.







Don't know what to do.
