Installed sierra cannot boot the new copy, cannot boot the USB

Hi all! So i originally had an el Capitan Hackintosh, attempted to upgrade to sierra.

running and installed on clover 7.1.1

MOBO: Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK Processor: I7-4790k LGA1150 GFX :gigabyte geforce GTX 960 gaming 1 (4gb vram) SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500gb

secure boot is off other OS is enabled

args used: dart=0, -v, -x (both with and without nv_disable=1)

the USB worked fine, the install went great, then i tried to do the post installation and now i cannot boot into the main installation, i do not mind hard resetting/ cleaning the SDD to fresh install.

The USB boot option is unavailable when im choosing where to boot from, however i have attempted boot form the UEFi clover menu for the sierra install, but it will not boot, it prompts to the first screen shot, when i type "exit" then press enter it get to the second screenshot then stalls get to screenshot 2 and never completes. ​IMG1 ​IMG2

when i booted in safemode i get the 3rd screen shot IMG3

When I boot the main (SSD) in sierra option (safemode) from clover i get the 4th screen shot img4

Any help is appreciated
