Handoff not working between iPhone and Hackintosh but works between iPad and Hackintosh (BCM94331CD)

As the title suggests Handoff doesn't work between my iPhone 6s Plus and Hackintosh (iMac15,1) AirDrop works fine and Handoff works perfectly with my iPad Air 2

I have tried singing out of iCloud on both my phone and Hackintosh The only difference between my iPhone and iPad is that my iPhone is Jailbroken.

  • Currently running MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 and iOS 10.2, Both are connected to the same WiFi network and Bluetooth is turned on.

  • Using a PCIe adapted and an Apple card BCM94331CD
