I have 2 harddrives, 1 with windows and 1 empty, can i install hackintosh on the other and Hotswap?

I wanna install Mac os on a separate harddrive, ill hotswap the harddrives when i want to run windows again. Is this possible? basic specs: Dell inspiron 3543. i5 5200U 4GB DDR3L GT 820M
