Trying to make the move to a vanilla install of sierra, having some graphics issues.

I have been trying to make a move from multibeast to a vanilla install of Sierra. I have been running into a few issues though. Most of them are graphics related. Here is the issue I am running into since I have an r9-390 I need to use the internal video card as a helper card. I had issues getting the internal 530 working initially now that seems to work pretty well. A little flickering here and there but its only supposed to be used so i can boot into sierra, and then the 390 should pick up from there.

Here comes the problem when I boot into sierra with the intel 530 my r9 390 never gets picked up. It just gives me a no signal from my monitor. I went into clover and looked through all the settings I made the fake id addition and inject ATI but i still am having issues. Just wondering am I missing something that should be obvious. FWIW with multibeast I did get it to work before, so there must be something obvious that i am missing.
