Building my first Hackintosh

Hello Guys,

I wanted to ask you a few things since i decided to build my first own hackintosh next week.

For my speccs: Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H CPU: Intel i5 4670k GPU: GeForce GTX 960

As far as i read this should all be fine and supported. My Plan is to have a HDD running Windows (which im currently working with) and another HDD/SSD running the MAC OS.

My Questions are:

1. Can i create a bootable USB Stick for Mac using Windows or do i have to have access to a running Mac ?
2. Which Bootloader do you reccomend ? I have seen Unibeast and Clover and im not sure which are the differences and which is the most efficient for my plan.
3. Will the Bios Changes to let the Mac perform still allow a running Windows ? Or do i have to change them everytime i switch between the OS ?
4. What Problems are known considering my hardware ? IF one happens to have something similiar any Tips in advance would be highly appreciated.
