Can't install clover on 10.12.6

Hello /r/hackintosh

I just purchased the hardware to build my first hackintosh, it arrives today @evening and I'm prepping the software, the build is the following:

• Gigabyte GA-Z270MX Gaming 5
• Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
• i7 7700k (bought the k because if the nvidia fails in the future I will use the integrated as backup)
• 16GB Corsair Vengance

Now I have a VM running 10.12.6 and can't install Clover r4200

Also, I created a bootable installation USB with unibeast and copied the necessary files for my system as in this guide: http://hackintosher.com/builds/gigabyte-ga-z270mx-gaming-5-hackintosh-build-guide/

Will that be sufficient to boot and install or do I have to create a 10.12.5 VM and go from there?
