Customer Code needed for iMessage - Apple Support not being cooperative

Hey,

I have been trying to set up iMessage on my Hackintosh, and have gotten to the point where it returns a customer code. Following instructions, I've called Apple (just spent an hour with customer support), and yet all they've asked for is the ability to screenshare and have refused to escalate to a supervisor who knows how to deal with the situation. What do I do?
