Does anyone have a z170 motherboard and a locked skylake cpu and want to blck overclock?

As the title says, if you have an 15-6400-7700 locked cpu with a z170 motherboard you can blck overclock! For months ive been trying to figure this out and finally have a solution. After reading a thread it turns out you need to add 2 boot args! Boot args: cpuidle=0 idlehalt=0 After you apply them you should be able to blck overclock!!
