How can I get macOS to work in Virtual Box? I'm trying to make a bootable USB.

This has been driving me nuts. I can't figure this out at all. I've tried multiple versions (Mavericks, El Capitan, High Sierra) and it won't get to the installer.

I've tried doing several tweak via the command prompt, to no avail.
