Problems with the second PCIE Slot on Hackintosh

So, first of all my system is a: gigabyte z270x ultra gaming, I7 7700k, 2 R9s 380 2 GB(one sapphire and one gigabyte one, I bought the gigabyte one only because the sapphire ones weren't in stock at the time) [btw both gpus are flashed as sapphire dualx oc]. My problem is that if I boot my hackintosh with only a gpu on my first slot it works, If I boot only on the second it doesn't and if I boot only on the third it works and obviously booting from first and second doesn't work but first and third does, [for doesn't work I mean that it boots and then the screen goes black and on verbose the last thing I see is gioscreenlockstate 3] but I wanna use the second because the third slot is a 4x and its covering some ports in the mobo. Any help would be appreciated
