What hardware is the absolute easiest to work with to run the latest versions of macOS?

I'm going to buy parts for a new PC at Micro Center today, and I'd like to know what CPU and MOBO might be the easiest to work with for hackintoshing. I've got an EVGA 1080 FTW that I'd like to reuse if possible, but I could also live with integrated graphics since I'll probably be using Steam in-home streaming via Ethernet for games.

I'm really looking for something with the most comprehensive documentation and idiot-proof guide to getting Sierra/High Sierra up and running.
