How to get GTX 760 working with High Sierra?

Alright, I've had the issue of com.apple.WindowServer not working, so I fixed that by just disabling my 760 in the bios. I now have a semi-working install. I'm posting this from safe mode, with my Intel HD Graphics running. I can't boot in anyway without safe mode. Without safe mode, regardless of using integrated or discrete, or whether I enable web drivers in Clover, it hangs on: "IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0". This message still shows when I boot with the HD Graphics and safe mode, but com.apple.WindowServer actually starts and I'm able to log in and use the computer just fine.
