I would love some help/input here. I am trying to get Sierra setup on my HP Z440:
- Intel Xeon E5-1620 V3 @3.5
- 16Gb RAM
- NVidia GTX 1070
- Spare SSD in the machine to install MacOS
I have Windows 10 installed on a separate SSD with a virtual machine running High Sierra. This VM is what I used to follow these instructions: https://9to5mac.com/2017/04/28/building-a-gtx-1080-ti-powered-hackintosh-installing-macos-sierra-step-by-step-video/
I am booting with these boot flags: -v npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 PCIRootUID=1
Here is my config.plist: https://pastebin.com/9BxgW8fM
Within EFI/Clover/kexts/10.12/ I have the following: AppleIntelE1000e.kext and VoodooHDA.kext
I am admittedly new with all this. I followed the steps in the above link up until when I boot to the installer USB. When the computer boots up, I select the UEFI on my thumb drive installer. I see the verbose text, but only the first two lines. There is a line of "+" symbols, and the computer restarts. I am at a loss. I have been trying at this for way too long. Started off trying to do this with High Sierra and gave up and decided to try it out with Sierra. Any help or information is appreciated.
