Recovery partition gone after time machine restore?

I tried to install the supplementary update for High Sierra, I then couldn't boot, so I booted into recovery from the SSD, restored a time machine backup, and now the recovery partition is gone? Should I have perhaps boot my USBs' recovery partition instead?

How do I go about restoring it?
