Attempting Hackintosh via UniBeast... computer seems to ignore USB and boot straight into windows

I got a virtual machine of MacOS running, used that to download install macOS High Sierra, used UniBeast to create a USB.

When I restart the PC there are 4 boot options:

“SATA: ST...”

“USB: TOSHIBA”

“SATA: TSSTcorp CDDVDW...”

“UEFI: USD”

All result in a pause, and then a boot into windows.

If I try disabling the non USB boot options, I get a black screen with a blinking underscore.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
