Can't get realtek 889 to work, even though it did once. El Capitan on Z68 XP UD3

I had a perfect working build right after install, only thing I had to patch was audio, which mutlibeast took care of.

Then I installed windows 7 on a partition, messed up clover, so I reinstalled OSX.

Works fine, but now the audio won't patch, multibeast says it installed ok, I've tried the ALC script/command, a few other kexts.. but nothing!

Is it possible that windows has a monopoly on the device?
