I've never had a problem with updates in the past, but Security Update 2017-001 10.12.6 hosed my hackintosh. Boots up ok but all applications and utilities are missing! The folders for both categories are empty. The shortcuts are still on the taskbar but if I try to launch one it says the app in question is damaged or missing.
I've restored from my backup clone and applied update twice now with the same result.
