Hackintosh Graphics Problem after sleep

Hey,

My perfectly working (exept sleep) Hackintosh has a failure after it was sleeping. After wakeup everthing works fine, but after a few seconds/minutes suddenly Graphics is a mess: https://imgur.com/a/qnxIM The System is still working and you can see the Things on the Screen moving. But its unusable. Of course deactivate auto sleep is a solution, but making it work woud be great.

I tried every type of Darwake from 0-10. Nothing changed, it always goes sleeping, but the error comes anyway.

The Specs are: i7 3770 12 GB RAM Geforce GTX 1060 6GB macOS High Sierra 10.13.1
