Is there any way to get my Atheros AR9485 to work?

My laptop has a pretty great compatibility with macOS, however the one thing that doesn’t work is the WiFi card. Is there ANY way to make it work?

I do have a usb dongle, but the software it comes with is really bad, to the point where it doesn’t connect to some login-required networks.
