[Success] Enabling AMD Polaris graphics

OK first of all, Polaris chipsets are supported only from 10.12.6 up. There are workarounds for previous versions but they do not work as well. I personally have the RX 480 XFX card. The step were very simple and I only needed to add certain boot flags with Clover. Here are the settings :

1. RadeonDeInit = True
2. ATI Fake id should be set to the id of your card (e.g. 0x67DF1002 for the RX 480)
3. Framebuffer = (search here for your card : https://sourceforge.net/p/cloverefiboot/code/HEAD/tree/rEFIt_UEFI/Platform/ati.c)

That is what I did and with Baladi FB I am getting full graphics acceleration! Cheers
