Hey everyone, I finally was able to build my Hackintosh! Straight Vanilla clean install, tempted to use other pre made files but I want to know how to trouble shoot my own system.
SPECS:
Mac OS: 10.14 (how do I update to 14.1?)
CPU: Intel i7-8700k
Motherboard: Gigabyte Gaming 7
Monitor: Lg 27UK650
GPU: none for now

Current not workings....
- Resolution is not 4k @ 60Hz..it's 2560x1440? (using Display Port not HDMI)
- Audio for Monitor not working but shows?
- WiFi / Bluetooth (I have the plug n play card coming in the mail) so i'm using LAN

- iMessage, App Store, that show group of Apple ID stuff.
I will be using Carbon Copy since everyone seems to be using it. I'm on 10.14, i want to go to 10.14.1. I'm guessing i'll have to get my Apple ID up and running to even update?
