Patching AppleRTC: 1 substitutions made!

Hi everyone on the hackintosh reddit. I'm kind of a newbie to this? I've made a working hackintosh like a year ago the accidentally wiped my HDD then gave up on doing another. But now I'm really wanting my own hackintosh the right way. I'm trying to install macOS 10.13 High Sierra on my AMD FX-6300 6-Core, 8GB RAM now 12, GTX 750ti. I did one before on this build but like i said... broke the hard drive. I got a new one and I'm trying to get back the bootup usb and I CANNOT for the life of me get past, "Patching AppleRTC: 1 substitutions made!" Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm switching to a hackintosh because my windows is being ridiculous and is crashing for all the crap thats on it. I have a separate HDD for the hackintosh and a separate laptop for creating outside work like the usb.
