8th Gen NUC Install Help

Currently trying to install hackintosh on a new i7 8th Gen NUC with this guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-nuc7-nuc8-using-clover-uefi-nuc7i7bxx-nuc8i7bxx-etc.261711/

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't get it to install. If I boot verbose I get to where it says system uptime in nanoseconds.... last loaded kext... then it says

"loaded kexts:

(none)"

Just hangs there forever. The system gets warm and fan spins up and starts spitting out a ton of hot air.

I used RehabMans clover download and copied his fakesmc, intelmausiethernet, lilu, usbinjectall, and whatevergreen kexts. I think thats more then I need but I figured they didn't hurt. I did copy the HFSPlus.efi driver. I also copied and pasted his config.plist that he provided in the install guide to mine using text edit. I used the two partition method and used his exact setup in terminal to partition the USB drive using the diskutil command.

Any help is appreciated! I tried using unibeast at first which didn't even show up as a bootable device for the NUC. Thats when I found RehabMan's guide.
