Graphics Card suggestions for 4K editing?

I've got the following build in the works as my first hackintosh and debating which graphics card to go with. A few I've read others use that I'm considering are:

Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 8 GB NITRO+ Video Card

or

EVGA GTX 1070 Ti

I get the sense the 1070 Ti will be faster and more capable of multiple 4K monitors, etc. Is that accurate? Is it worth the extra $250 or is the speed boost minimal?
