How to run Mac OS on a Virtual Machine with an AMD CPU?

Hello,

I need to run Mac OS on a Virtual Machine so I can make a music composition on GarageBand for tomorrow. I only have a Windows PC and I need this for my job. Any help would be much appreciated.
