Success! Almost. Got my LGA775 build to boot to the installer (who knew it would be this hard!) using this guide: https://github.com/camielverdult/Ramblings-of-a-hackintosher-High-Sierra that I found on here with some digging. Problem is, despite syncing time and formatting my hard drive to an Apple format every time I hit install macOS it throws an error saying:
"Installation of macOS could not continue. Installation requires downloading important content. That content can't be downloaded at this time. Try again later."
I'm installing High Sierra. Is it no longer available and Apples servers and do I need to repeat the process with Mojave to get somewhere?
