Is Mojave worth it?

Hello. I am currently on 10.13.6 and it's buggy as hell. My wifi card, which is supposed to be OOB, sometimes disconnects or sometimes it just doesn't work (though connected), bluetooth of this card is not even recognized and my secondary monitor randomly flickers and while it flickers the whole system becomes unresponsive (I've noticed that it triggers when the wifi card has trouble connecting to wifi -- basically it connects/disconnects multiple times until giving up and saying that the wifi cant be joined).

I don't want to deal with this anymore. I have unfortunately a gtx 970, so I won't be able to use it, though I can use integrated graphics for the time being and a single monitor.

If the webdrivers get updated that's nice, if not I'll be making the switch to an AMD gpu sometime in the future.

I have an i5 6600 (non k), which will run a 1920x1080 60hz display.

So my question is, given my specs, is mojave worth it? Did it fix broken stuff for you? Did it make your system worse?
