Mojave install issue

Hey guys,

I am currently trying to install Mac OS Mojave on my Intel NUC8I5BEK & I have gotten to the point where the installer asks for my country, but about 15 seconds it gets to this screen after the apple logo load screen. The NUC shuts off, restarts and goes back to the clover menu again.

Does anyone have any workaround for this?
