z390 + 9700k build?

Would I be able to run Mojave on the following build?

Aorus Mater z390 motherboard

Core i7 9700k

Corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 3600mhz

Corsair h115i rgb pro

For GPU I would be using the rtx 2080, I know that turing gpu's are not yet supported but I only need the macOS for app development (XCode), would the iGPU on the 9700k be easy to make it work on Mojave? Would it be as easy as doing nv_disable=1 ?

I'm not sure but one of the build posts suggested that the hdmi port doesn't work, can anyone confirm that? What about the audio?
