My hackintosh is working great, except for one thing. Whenever I leave the system idle on the desktop, with the displays on and no apps open, the entire system freezes. The fans on the GPU then take off at 100%.
When it happens, I can see a lot of the following messages in the console:

I searched online and here on reddit, but did not find any working solution. Does anyone here have any idea what could be the cause of this problem and how it could be fixed?
Things that are working fine:
- Normal usage
- Sleep
- GPU acceleration with multi-monitor
- APFS with FileVault
- Audio
- Network (except wifi)
