Bluetooth headphones connecting in Mojave but not playing any sound through

Hi i have mojave installed and everything is working fine but whenever i connect my bluetooth headphones to it pairs but no sound plays through it when selected as main audio i've tried other bluetooth devices such as bluetooth speaker but same results i am using VoodooHDA 2.9.0
