(Newbie) I have a brand new Dell optiplex 790, could I install a Hackintosh on it?

Hello I have a brand new Dell Optiplex 790 Intel i5, Nvidia 750 to. Could I build a Hackintosh on it? Guide me, comment links that could help me or give me an advice what do I need for building a Hackintosh.
