Building a 2700x based system with an Nvidia card. Prefer to run the latest possible version of OSX.

I am rebuilding my current system (a10-7890k 4c/4t w/ 4*4gb of ddr3 and a 1050 ti) into a ryzen 2700x based rig with an ASrock x470 SLI/AC master and 2*8gb ddr4 patriot viper elite and the same 1050 ti (I am planning on upgrading to a medium end navi card when those come out). I have used macs since 2014 for my laptops, and like every user on this subreddit have noticed the very good performance management and nice UI. I have never built a hackintosh, and have no idea where to start. I would also like things like iMessage and the App Store to work. (App Store is high priority).
