I have an HP Laptop with the below config, would like to know if we can get it working with MacOS Mojave?

I understand that Wireless will not work but what about the rest of the items? Also if this laptop is not compatible can anyone suggest a better laptop, I have my eyes on a Dell E7440, I've read its compatible, i'd really like a 1080p display so ThinkPad's are out of question unless I purchase the 1080p panel for it, Which I don't want to do.
