Lenovo Z50-70

I've Lenovo Z50-70, I've tried to install macOS sierra before but I've failed 13 times

Now I'm back and trying again but I've the very beginning issue

I can't get installer , Installed macos on VM and tried to make an installer from there but tonymac says it's not recommended so I'm downloading "Mojave olarila " Can anyone tell me what's the next stepsI've read so many posts and tutorials but I get lost at some point so please if you have z50-70 please send me guide you followed or tell me the next step please
