So to start I'm a complete noob but I know how to google and follow instructions. So this is what I am looking at buying.

I was going to go with a Z370 but its hard to resist going with the Z390. Why? I dunno it has bigger numbers and seems more future proof. Any advice on motherboards would be greatly appreciated. I plan on eventually getting a Thunderbolt 3 expansion card. Is it worth it to do it that way or should I get the gigabyte Z390 Designare board that has the thunderbolt built in? It's $360 as opposed to the card I have at $258. It just seems pricey as of now as I wanted to spend ~$150 for a mobo.
Also advice on hard drives would be appreciated if any one has better recommendations. I will probably not get the m.2 storage that is listed but would I have space for two nvme ssd, thunderbolt expansion card and a wifi/BT card?
The RX 580 I'll buy on eBay or Kijiji for around $200.
So I'm just wondering if anyone could take a look at this and maybe see some problems I'm not aware of? Thanks for your time, any advice is appreciated.
