I am attempting to install Mojave 10.14.3 on a Asus z730-E Motherboard, 8700k CPU and for now using the iGPU 630 until Monday when I'll be shipped an AMD Sapphire RX580 Pulse.
I've been following the vanilla guide as best as I can and I've created the USB installation media, installed Clover to that USB drive having only selected:
- Clover for UEFI booting only
- Install Clover in the ESP
- AptioMemoryFix
- VBoxHfs-64 (HFSPlus wasn't an available choice)
- ApfsDriverLoader
- NvmExpressDxe-64 (as I am installing to an NVME drive)
Next I copied the following kexts into /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other on the USB installation Media:
- VirtualSMC.kext
- IntelMausiEthernet.kext
- Lilu.kext
- WhateverGreen.kext
- USBInjectAll.kext
Then I copied the sample Coffee Lake config.plist from the guide and put it in /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/config.plist
As far as I can tell that's all that is required to have a working USB installation media.
So, when I try to install... it gets to this point and then gets stuck indefinitely.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Google or searching here hasn't helped.
Here is a copy of the the EFI/Clover folder(s). I was hoping someone could take a look to see if I've missed something or done something wrong.
