Part advice

Hello,

I am running a 5,1 Mac Pro which I've updated for quite some time but its come to the point where I need to update my system. I am thinking of building a Hackintosh. Could someone please provide me some advice of my part list i.e compatibility, better hardware etc..

I plan on using the system for some PC gaming and also Mac daily usage.

(M.2 = run OSX. SSD= run windows 10 for gaming)

Any recommended mini ITX motherboards since "M.2 slots shares bandwidth with SATA port. When once M.2 slots is populated one SATA is disabled"?
