Switch from a Nvidia GTX 750 to AMD RX 460, any guide to follow?

I just purchased a budget-friendly RX 460 GPU to replace my current Nvidia GTX 750, because the AMD GPU is supposed to be more powerful when using Final Cut Pro X and has more VRAM (4GB). I wonder how difficult is it to make the switch, as I am quite new to the Hackintosh world. My build is as follows:

Intel i3 8100

Gigabyte H310 Motherboard

16GB RAM

GTX 750

512GB SSD

By now I have been successful getting both the iGPU and GTX 750 work (iGPU for Quick Sync in FCPX), and my two monitors are both connected to the GTX 750 GPU via HDMI and DVI. Now what steps should I take to make both the RX 460 GPU and iGPU work properly? What should I do before I take out the GTX 750 GPU and what after?

Thank you in advance.
