Twitter has announced the release of a new darker dark mode for iOS. The previous Night mode has been renamed 'Dim' and a new 'Lights Out' dark mode has been introduced."You wanted dark mode to be darker, so we tested a variety of color palettes for “lights out.” We went with pure black because it emits no light, turns off unused pixels and still makes the readability of content on Twitter easier on the eyes, especially in dim environments."
