Hello, I currently own Thinkpad X230 with 10.13.6 installed on it. I am trying to make Facetime and iMessage to work and am getting the customer code error. I've spoken with Apple customer service and got everything on my account unblocked for this to work so I am now sure that it's configuration's fault.
Now, I followed iDiot's guide to fixing on tonymac and did things it said:
- unlog from icloud
- clear cache folder off files related to icloud and imessage
- generate new smbios, uuid (make sure it works in everymac.com and is denied at apple id check)
- make sure I have apfs kexts, aptiomemfix and hfs kexts (also for legacy clover which I have: rc scripts and emuvariableuefi kext)
- also had to make sure my internet is eth0 built-in and that iMessageDebug app shows correct results
Everything is done - getting customer code error. Anyone?
