This is my third hackintosh build, but the first time that I am experiencing major difficulty getting a vanilla installation to work. I'm using the vanilla installation method for Mojave 10.14.4 with the following kexts in my "other" folder
fakesmc with all sensors
whatevergreen
lilu
I'm using iMac 18,2 as my SMBIOS, and the suggested bios settings for GIGABYTE boards. At first, using a USB 3.0 flash drive, I was failing to get the installation to work at all. After switching to a USB 2.0 flash drive, I was able to complete the usb install on my board, but then after selecting my hard disk in clover, I went through the prompts of agreeing to install, then failed afterwards. I reached the maximum number of ports in the boot logs, not sure if that is the cause. I tried the installation with USBInjectAll, but failed in the same manner.
