I'm currently planning an upgrade to my system, detailed below is my old system and planned upgrade. My question is, is it worth upgrading from my SATA SSD to an NVME one? I know in theory an NVME should be about six times faster but in real world usage how much difference would I actually notice? The new SSD would be about £200 so I only want to spend the cash if it's a properly noticeable upgrade. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has made the upgrade. The system is used in MacOS for graphic design work, but also dual booting to Win10 for gaming.
