Reuse SSD with Hackintosh on new PC?

Hello there!

My old Hackintosh runs just fine with specs: i5 4690, mb MSI 350, GTX 970. I installed High Sierra 10.13 on my SSD.

Now I just upgrade to i5 9400F, mb MSI Z390-A-PRO with GTX 1660ti. I want to reuse the old SSD with the High Sierra in it.

But when I plug the old SSD (with High Sierra in it) to the new PC, I can't access it from UEFI boots. Is there any way to reuse without reinstall new Hackintosh?
