Barclays analyst Blayne Curtis and associates shared their expectations for the 2019 and 2020 iPhone models in an investor note today. Their predictions are based on meetings with suppliers during a trip to Asia earlier this month.According to the analysts, this year's iPhones will have few design changes beyond additional rear camera lenses. As usual, production is set to ramp up in July and August.
Barclays says that 3D Touch will be eliminated from all 2019 iPhones, possibly in favor of Haptic Touch. Additionally, the next generation iPhone XR will reportedly get 4GB of RAM, up from 3GB.
