Computer keeps restarting when entering after apple loading screen

My Specs: 2700x Gtx 690 16gb ram oc standard Crosshair VI motherboard USB drive Mojave 10.4 (I don’t fully know the extensions)

I just recently jumped into VMs and Linux using hyper V, that was a success. So I decided to humble Mac, I’m using the vanilla guide from AMD OSX. With plans to install onto a 120gb drive

Things I’ve done in bios: Disabled smv And set secure boot to other OS Fast boot enable Achi Sata Disable boot order to only go to usb ftm Epr enables

I have all the Kexts that it said and put in the “other” folder of my clover usb disk.

I then restart to the clover uefi where I click boot from base Mac system it loads scripts. Afterwards I get the loading screen with the apple logo then it boots to the dialogue box with disk Utility. Before I can get anywhere the computer restarts

I have seen the speck of light and I can’t stop
